In Ogun State, small businesses have got a boost from the government as part of the collaborative efforts of the governor Prince Dapo Abiodun, to empower small business owners in the state with the required skills to succeed and thrive in their respective business ventures.The Ogun innovate held her first start up communitymeeting on today, at the ogun tech hub building in kobape, Abeokuta.The theme of the event tagged “Effective CreditUtilization for Business

Development,” featured seasoned speakers who enlightened and educated the participants with the aim of helping them grow their businesses and leveraging on co-working space and technology.Part of the activities of the event included loan application review, pitching session and panel discussions amongst others. The Ogun innovate project has several programmes which according to the orgamizers, can be accessed via its website and app. Eachprogramme is said to be aimed at building capacity and empowering the community.
